On June 16, onsemi announced that He Maojun has joined the company as China System Products VP and China GM , effective immediately. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, along with master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Chinese universities.

With over 20 years of experience in systems engineering and power electronics – focusing on electrified mobility and industrial energy – He has previously worked at Bosch and also has entrepreneurial experience, blending large‑corporate discipline with agile business development.

In his new role, He will lead China‑specific system product innovation and deepen local customer engagement, while driving overall China strategy, government relations, and ecosystem partnerships.
